is shameful prohibit the school at a ten year old boy!!!

I Gede Mariano, was born in Bali in karangasam, Indonesia. Balinese mother and Italian father.
From about 17 years i live in this beautiful island in respect of the rules,sistem and traditions of this country. Mariano last year has had problems at first for the social separation of his parents and then to school, because he had to repeat the class twice, I thought I'd help enrolling in private school, even if the economic situation of the family was not the best. We pay just for signing up 20 million Indonesian Rupiah (about 2000 USD) that provide up to the sixth grade, and about 1,300,000 every month (120 USD). last July the school begins again, but frankly, from May 2010 until now, the school Pelita Bangsa in Jl. Mahendradatta Selatan, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia, Mariano, are not yet able to repeat alphabet and even write. I went to school in the teacher interview and she said Mariano needs lessons at home, but Mariano going in the morning at 8 am and returns home at 15, and we cant support even more than the ones to keep expenses at that school. One day I went to school in the class of Mariano, but I see the boys in the class and Mariano alone without the presence of a teacher, so by asking the children and Mariano where  was their teacher, I have answered that, as usual, could be in the next class, and in fact there 'I found. That mean she take care of two class of kids at same time. I intend to show evidence (I have photos and video about this). I returned to school to talk to the headmistress 'cause I decided to switch from private to public school Mariano, because after my last economic fall cant bear the costs. Last year was last businees and lethal failure, and now we live in a problematic economic situation,  our family consists of my wife, myself and two children, Mariano, about ten years and  Amelia nine years. We can live thanks to a support from my old parents in Italy. After talking about this with the school principal Pelita Bangsa, and asked them to issue the relevant documents to transfer school Mariano, them asked me to bring him back out of the classroom at home as it will not be 'more' accepted school and still would never have given the relevant documents for the change of school, until I paid the fees that remained suspended. so now for two weeks Mariano does not come to school. Yes, I know I have chosen for Mariano that school, and I agreed to pay for it .... I do not think is the right way to behave towards a child ... even more 'to forbid the school and everywhere' for children of compulsory age 'of Mariano. Unfortunately these people who call themselves teachers, but they are not consciously against children as in this case like Mariano. Mariano continues to cry cause want to go back to school like all children his age, and he look at  his sister Amel everyday when go school.... Yes, I know the money (20 million rupee about 2000 USD) will be lost, and I do not write here for this, or because 'we want it back, but if my son is in that school for only a year and a half, instead of you are as expected because they ask for more money knowing that I do not have? it is a shameful situation and ambiguous .... and who is paying the expenses is a child not yet ten years old, who has already thank to God to come out trauma exceeded last year. We do not ask for financial help or someone pay to school for my son, but I only ask justice for an innocent child who wants to go to school like many other children, but that is precisely what is prohibited 'was his school and his teachers. I hope God help us, and that my son can go back to school and learn how all the children of this world! Papa' of Mariano.
